By installing several steel components we were able to maintain the structural integrity of the porch and second floor deck without disturbing the majority of the building.
We maintained a log of the details and exact measurements of the exterior trim and recreated them using modern building materials such as PVC trim boards and stainless fasteners.
We then recreated the unique railing system with some modified components from a well known supplier of exterior products.
